The arc
In 2025 the patient-support venture moved to an AI-first model, PSN-AI, with a prototype published but never released to users. It rested on an orchestration concept that exceeded what a single GPT could carry; that concept became SyncOrch, and PSN-AI was kept as a domain proof of concept that was never executed, for non-technical reasons — the industry's rate of technology adoption — and dropped in December 2025. The focus shifted to proving the orchestration concept through laboratory collaboration, which required strong governance. That work produced the v3 evaluation instrument: the current state of the work, and what has been shown to ship.
Institutional review, without names
Each model in the venture line was taken to people who could break it: hospital leadership at an academic medical center in 2014, who validated the problem and questioned sustainability; a bioethics review in 2016 that asked for a follow-up analysis; and in 2025 a Medicare Advantage payer and a health-system executive. None of these were engagements, and none is cited as a reference. They are where the domain judgment was tested.
SyncOrch
An AI-mediated research-collaboration platform in which delegates representing different institutions deliberate across privacy boundaries. It develops on its own clock. The platform itself is at ai.syncorch.com; this site carries only the governance and assurance work it produced.
