Summary
AI governance and assurance specialist for regulated life sciences and healthcare: I write the specification of what trustworthy, auditable AI behavior means and build the evaluation that checks whether a system conforms, including agentic and open-weight systems. Authored Tension OS v2.1, a decision-and-governance methodology with conformance cross-walks to the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF; designed and built a multi-agent evaluation instrument with pre-committed rubrics, sealed targets, ablation arms, leakage review and provenance export — then commissioned an origin-blind adversarial audit of it, verified six defects in code and maintain the versioned defect register.
