The Orchestrategist's Journey
My career is a journey of synthesis, blending a foundation in scientific research and a background in entrepreneurship to become an Orchestrategist.
My work focuses on building the foundational AI systems that shape how others think, collaborate, and create value. I view my professional experience not as a collection of projects, but as an intentional evolution toward a unified methodology.
My Methodologies
My approach to building ventures and systems is defined by a set of core capabilities that go beyond traditional skill lists. I don't just execute; I architect the solution from the ground up. STRATEGIC SYSTEMS DE-RISKING: I apply a proprietary Tension OS methodology to stress-test early-stage designs, reconciling trade-offs between scalability, ethics, and feasibility. This allows me to uncover paradoxes and architect resilient, ethically aligned solutions from the ground up. FOUNDATIONAL DESIGN: I am an Orchestrategist, capable of synthesizing insights across technology, economics, governance, and human behavior to design robust, extensible systems for complex, high-stakes AI initiatives. NARRATIVE & FORESIGHT: I bring clarity and resilience to ambiguous, long-horizon projects by combining first-principles synthesis with adversarial analysis and narrative-driven communication.
Professional Experience: A History of Building
FOUNDING ADVISOR — SyncOrch (spun out from PSN) My work here represents the full realization of my Orchestrategist identity. I architected SyncOrch as a foundational AI orchestration layer for Autonomous Science, building a business model that is both visionary and pragmatic. I re-imagined PSN as an AI-native, GPT-powered vertical to serve as our "Global Healthcare GPS," a revenue-generating venture that funds our long-term deep-tech vision. LAB TECHNICIAN — Einstein College of Medicine This experience instilled a deep appreciation for evidence-based problem-solving and rigorous scientific methodology. My work conducting oncology research and co-authoring a peer-reviewed publication provided the intellectual foundation that informs my current strategic approach to deep-tech and AI. FOUNDER & OPERATIONS MANAGER — Mizonett Companies My early work building and operating logistics infrastructure was a crucial live-testing ground. This experience taught me to move fluidly between high-level vision and tactical execution, insights I now apply to complex AI systems. EDUCATION Executive MBA - Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business, 2016 PhD Coursework (Cancer Biology) - UT MD Anderson / GSBS, 2007-2008 BS in General Sciences - University of Puerto Rico, RÃo Piedras, 2006
