Before I began tackling challenges like healthcare navigation with PSN-AI or autonomous science with SyncOrch, I spent years following existing systems, protocols, and operational processes that led to quantifiable metrics and measurable outcomes. This phase was all about rigorous preparation: earning degrees, publishing scientific work, building teams, acquiring clients, and generating revenue. With that preparation, I entered the next phase of my work, one defined by creative discovery. The outcome of this phase isn’t quantifiable metrics; it is compounding innovation that comes from testing new ideas, rapid prototyping, gathering feedback, and relentless iteration.
