AI-mediated research-collaboration platform, spun out of PSN. Governance, evaluation and assurance work product:
- Designed and built a browser-based multi-agent evaluation instrument (v3) to test whether AI delegates deliberating across an enforced context-isolation boundary produce valid synthesis: pre-committed grading rubrics, sealed targets, split-context vs single-context arms, round-2 leakage review, provenance export.
- Commissioned an origin-blind adversarial audit of the instrument, verified six defects in code (including an ineffective stated control and a grader-independence non-conformance) and maintain a versioned defect register with the fixes specified (jorgemaisonetcolon.com/register).
- Authored Tension OS v2.1, a decision-and-governance methodology producing auditable decision records with conformance cross-walks to the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF; specified its propagation into a decision-architecture product (Keel).
- Ran the build under a documentation-discipline protocol (supersession-not-edit corrections, three-run gates before ship, a defect-and-change register across 32 build sessions), directing multi-model AI workflows (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Perplexity) to specify, build and adversarially critique.
- Shipped three public Tension OS GPTs (OpenAI GPT Store).

Healthcare-access and patient-financing venture; predecessor of SyncOrch (converged Jul 2025; closed Dec 2025).
- Designed and tested successive access and financing models (I Help Today, Celyco, PSN), each taken to institutional review: hospital leadership at an academic medical center (2014), a bioethics review at NYU (2016; follow-up analysis produced at the reviewer's request), and in 2025 a Medicare Advantage payer president and a health-system CEO.
- Transitioned PSN to an AI-first model (2025): built PSN-AI, a GPT-based patient-navigation prototype exercised on synthetic patient pathways and published as a demonstration (never released to users); its orchestration concept exceeded what a GPT could carry and became SyncOrch.
- Carried into assurance work: in a regulated domain, coverage, eligibility and privacy constraints are specification problems before they are technology problems.
